Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to food safety and logistics constraints. To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@numnam.com with your Order ID and cancellation reason.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items, logistical limitations or delivery constraints, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For food safety and operational efficiency, the following orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched: Ready-to-Eat or pureed food pouches, and customized or bulk orders.
If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
